It's somewhat difficult for you to order directly, so you'd have to go through some agent to get stuff.

I haven't ordered from China, but I've bought from USA through an agent.  You basically tell them what you want, they calculate a cost based on the price of the item, shipping of item to their warehouse, shipping from warehouse to you (taking into consideration weight, shipping type etc), taxes, insurance/warranties (such as return protection), currency conversion fees and agent fees.
You may also wish to take into consideration the fact that the item may no longer be available when they try to order it (if it's some auction or likely to be sold out quick).
But I'd imagine that you should be able to get a quote from these guys.  Perhaps ask about how they do shipping, return policies etc if you can't find the info on their site.
