Decrypted PRX (X000 and Go) and decrypted RCO (X000) files of 6.60

Hope you can make a ctf tool gui version which supports easy converting from 6.39 to 6.60.

lockbird777 found that there is a bunch of prx files wich need to be updated to 660 converting theme's,..
PAF.prx
vshmain.prx
game_plugin.prx
sysconfg_plugin.prx
mebbe more,..
