Mankey's pretty useless against Misty since Starmie is part Psychic type and resistant to Fighting types, plus Starmie's Water Pulse would tear through Mankey's low Sp.Def...

Butterfree, however, could be very useful......but it'll be a bit before you get to see what happened there!  For now, enjoy Chapter 3!
