I dunno about die but it is indeed very emotional - I found it quite sympathetic when I first saw Elfen Lied.

I used to listen to the OST when falling asleep.

That's not weird - IMO that's how anime should be absorbed - at a personal level.

Forgiveness through love. It's a beautiful thing. The relationship, is beautiful.

The first anime to make me cry - and has done every time I've seen it (about 3 times now).

So really - in a strange way - it makes me happy.

And the moment of forgiveness through feeling is probably one of the greatest moment of any anime - ever.
