some smooth scroll changes prxeditor:
- open content_browser.prx and also uncheck "hide empty item" and then do a replace 200>>800
- do the above also with msvideomain_plugin.prx

smooth scroll changes hexworkshop:
- this is little different,.. you will need hexworkshop open vshmain.prx with hexworkshop and search for 32bit float>> 200 you will find 2 change the second 200 to 800
- also with music_player.prx open in hexworkshop search for 32bit float>>200 you will find 1 replace 200>>800
