Wee can downgrade to 3.60, 4.20 and 5.70 FW but wee don't have EBOOT's and dumps of these firmwares.

By the way. Congrtulations for Total_Noob. He made first, real downgrader after Lumines 3.50 - 1.50 downgrader.
