Yeah, and in a very short time too if you hug him so practically all your bullets hit him.  Just move aside when he shoots.

Hell, I think you might even be able to win if you just straight hug him without regards to your own life and just race him (not tested).  You get healed to full in the end anyway.

Don't get hit by the fire bullets.  Out of all the bullets, they're the easiest to avoid.

Last guy's 2nd form is a bitch.  Though I think it wouldn't be that hard if I be really cheap with the save state feature.

I like making boss fights.

Ok, since I'm really not the kind of person to play fair and practice for ages to be able to do this normally, I've decided I'm going to save state cheapo him.

If anyone else is interested in a plan of how to beat him in the 2nd form.  Here's what I'm thinking...

Fire shooting phase - Don't try to land hits on him (you won't be able to significantly hit him much even if you try), just dodge that stuff while randomly shooting around (hope you hit him a few times).  You shouldn't get hit.
Ice shooting phase - Same as above.  Not worth aiming him and getting hit a lot.
Dual large laser phase - dodge, you will still get hit a little, remember his positioning and attempt to dodge in a way so you allign yourself in a line with him at the end for the next phase.
Mass explosions phase - He stands still, so your main chance to lay the damage on him.  If you aligned yourself last phase, just shoot away and move if the explosions will hit you.  Hurts if you get hit a lot.
Spread laser phase - Mostly try to avoid I guess.  You can also lay some (small) amount of hits on him if you stay far away and predict his movements properly.
Summon shit everywhere phase - You're probably going to take a shitton of damage anyway, so probably just hug him and return as much damage as possible.  Don't know.
