imo, easiest way, just use Hellcat's Recovery flasher and go straight to 5.00M33-6 or 5.50GEN D3.

Get this: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1736

then if you want 5.50 GEN D3, get this: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/1939

and you'll need either this or this depending on what firmware you want.
