Okay, at best, it's US$2.50 per 1000 clicks... http://adf.ly/rates.php  If everyone clicked on all 7 of those, you'd need 143 people to earn $2.50...

Also, does it work with Adblock?  Or does it only consider people just visiting the URL?

Not sure about the IP across multiple links but I know it detects it on the same link
Adblock is fine, it doesn't matter as long as it loads to display the button.
