here is whot i did:

Loaded your png into PS then copy/past into new image

CTRL+select the layer to make a edge selection

go to the alpha channel en paint the selection white

copy the whole alpha channel and past into a new image(be sure to select RGB when making new image)

then make do image>mode>index color set to local(selective)>everything else at "none" and set color to 6 or 8 dep

now copy this image

now in your original image delete the alpha channel and make a new one, paste the indexed image into the new alpha channel

now go to image>mode>indexed color and set to local(selective) everything else to none and colors to 100 click ok

now goto image>mode>RGB

now save the image(32bit bmp) and load into rcoedit115 (set in options check "prompt before using a 32bit image") when you load the image and you get a prompt then it means the image is above 256 colors,. then you have to reindex color the image in PS so instead of colors to 100 try colors to 80

here is to tips:
this image you r using is very doable because its anime,. if you was to use a real photo you prob have to index color at 40 maybe 20 or so,. and the image would be crappy.

the RGB and alpha channel is mixxing the colors to it does't work like this: colors RGB + Colors alpha = 256
you can see this because the alpha colors are now 8 and the rgb colors are 100,. ...

anyway,. ;p here is the image i got to work,. its 8bit bmp i find this to be the best quality and very little resource.(but indexing is very tideous!)
