hire some doctors, maybe your friends with a doctor degree can be in the 3 clinics, then let you be the manager for the clinics, then still continueing your career as computer engineer. I think the task is lessened here if you have supervisor in the clinics, then continue the family business as it was

but i think let your heart decide. you will regret it once youve decided the wrong choice.
