ok so i logon and i see this the first thing on my mind: Jack Thompson, I'm surprised he wasn't involved, though i got to admit theres a limit to stupidity i don't think he's stupid enough to carry his crusade on with this issue as a cause/reason, this is a problem with hillbillies who run thier electricity off crappy generators in the mountains, (i may be wrong I'm not sure if hillbillies have electricity or even exist in that part of the country) another thing, this baby died in 2004, i don't think 360 was out 'till like late 05 round november 20 to be exact, i know the article points that out, however if the family filing the suit didnt notice/fix the error that it wasn't a 360 then its most likely a scam
