goku, with instant transmission followed up by a kamehameha, is a lethal combo.. also like said above, he can destroy planets at a low power level...
1. goku
2. ichigo bankai (with hollow mask, he very fast and the double getsuga tensho he did on grimmjow would have killed naruto)
3. naruto (i don't really like naruto lol, sasuke was better imo)
4. the other.. i don't even know who it is... so it gets last...

all opinions mind you... the writers of the anime/show could power up the any character to make them stronger then anyone else.. its a relative thing.. but most dbz characters couls pwn most character in other animes... vegeta is bad donkey and so was teen gohan that fought cell
