Well, it would also depend on which game. Most games I wouldn't care about online. But this game I definitely would.

On average, it'll be 17.5 guesses. It'll can still be hell annoying, depending on if it's one of these systems where if you guess wrong, you have to enter the whole code again, or one of the systems where the code stays there, so all you would need to do is change the last digit.
