1. Do I need to keep using the PSX Trigger to launch the exploit? = Yes

2. In which ways can you transfer stuff between the computer and hdd? = You can hook the hd up to your computer and install back ups that way, or you can put real PS2 games (Not burnt) in the drive and HDloader will copy the game to the HD.

3. Does the hdd goes into the adapter slot without me having to open the PS2 or buy anything else for that matter. = The HD goes into the expansion bay of the ps2, then the network adapter goes on the HD outside of the expansion bay like so- http://www.hdloader.org/images/howto_HDloader_5.jpg

4. Any PS2-External Device connectivity? I know that you can charge stuff via USB, and the hdd external. Anything else? = HD advaned and HD extreme can use External usb drive but it does not run as good, or as fast as HDloader.

5. Is there any way to rip a CD/DVD directly to the hdd? Yes, see #2

6. Any way to make PSX game saves actually read/save on a PS2 MCR? I think so, ill have to look into it for you.
