And I understand that Makoto is a horny bastard but it never would happened this way if saonji hadn't set them up.

Well, Sekai got her head cut off with a saw, then got her womb cut open. Not enough punishment?

Both of them were at fault. Sekai for pairing him up with Kotonoha, while she likes him herself, so inciting the conflict. Makoto for being a horny bastard who couldn't control himself.
