that sucks shady, sony support people are a bunch of idiots whoo sit there and read off a computer, they should just get a computer to do it.

on a side note, sony UK has the best repair service. when i bricked my psp i rang up and told them it died whilst i was upgrading between firmwares (pretended it was an official firmware) and the next day a courier service was there with a new psp. they opened the box infront of me, give me the new psp and charger, and took my old psp and charger.
wee don't have to send our units off over here, they come and pick them up and trade it on the spot.
