RE: New PC (Build)
looks expensive...
I love ati but I might try an nvidia card. Ati always seems to have some problem (at least in my experience). I think I only ever owned one nvidia card but I do remember it working rather well. Also it's not good to mix ati cards with Nvidia boards
* 1 x IEEE1394 Firewire (1 x top, 1 x rear)
isn't that two? also what is the firewire needed for?
You might also look into a internal bluetooth adapter
Also I might bump it up to 3 gigs of ram, 2 is never really enough now a days.
(of course I'm not the one paying for it so it's up to you)

RE: New PC (Build)
Sorry slush, i accidentally left that in from the template, it's gone now, haven't looked at that part yet.
Current price is around £440, which is about 550 euros, or $890.
I actually discovered, thanks to Senseito, that i need an NVIDIA anyway, so I've replaced the Graphics card with the one I'm looking at now. take a look.

RE: New PC (Build)
Sounds good. Depends on what your using it for but I'd get a 1gb graphics card. I never regretted getting mine.

RE: New PC (Build)
I like Intel, but you pay for the name, really.
i might upgrade the HDD later on, but 320 GB should be fine for now, i also have a 500GB external anyway, so it's not hugely needed.
Compu, I'm not really gonna be using this for much gaming, the occasional COD4/Gears game at medium res will be fine for me, and obviously photoshop, and Video playback etc.

RE: New PC (Build)
Yeah, pretty pleased with my finds. I already have a case that i can use, so that saved me a little too.
If i need another GB of RAM, i have 2x512MB sticks sitting around, i should be able to slot them in too...
