I personally think that half the n00bs should flamed.  Half of the time, copying their exact question into Google gives the answer in the first result.  Ultimately, that is laziness.

But, mainly, most of the people there are too lazy to search, or at least, don't think for themselves...

Oh well, that's how it is I guess. ;)
