Where's [Resume Game] data stored?
Hello.

Anyone can tell me, where's [Resume Game] data stored? On ef0? Or in Flash?

most likely flash, because when you update your firmware the resume game is deleted

According to Davee on the LAN.ST forums, when you select "Pause Game", fatmsef.prx stores the entire kernel to a partition of the eflash.
