- There are no drawbacks, only advantages.
- Like Sensei said, newest game and homebrew.  Also newer themes.
- It takes 3 minutes to update, use Hellcat's recovery flasher.
- Features and additions of the newer firmware, which I cannot remember anymore.  I don't sit there memorizing changelogs of the past.

hey i have had that problem too...I fixed it by using xgen pandora to reinstall 5.50gen and the problem went away!!  I THINK maybe it was a bug in gen-b that never resolved itself via updates...I talked to vegetano a bunch and was having him test my new theme because I thought it was sysconf.prx related and he said he had no problems.  So i did that and owowooo my psp was clean again :)

Ok, thanks.  I'll try that.

Bug with GEN-B?  I've never ever had GEN-B on my PSP though, went straight from M33 (through the updater, not through XGEN pandora).

It's used to clean your IDstorage.  But unless if something is wrong with your PSP, you should never touch your IDstorage.
