dude, try going into photo manipulation, it helps in the sigs, said from experience

like grab a pic and test every single filter on PS, that way you get used to the filters... and stuff like that

not really, since there are some filters that can't be accessed from the filter gallery (like most blurs) so its better if you go one by one...

Yes, try photomanips. They are fun and you should experiment with EVERYTHING in PS.
