Hey guys, don't know if this is the right section to post this, but whatever.

For my new book (not the one I've been posting about lately) I'm going to have to make a map of the land, and I need it to look something like this:


So either I need a program that will allow me to make maps of the sort (I don't want a 3D one, and I want it to be black and white only), or someone who is really good at photoshop and can work with me on drawing a map.
