Simple Portal is a very minimalistic portal page for any web site.

Features

• All the code is inside one file meaning you don’t have to worry about a wad of HTML, CSS, and PHP files cluttering your server.
  
• Very easy to set up. You just upload the contents of the “upload” folder to the root of your HTML directory and you’re good to go.
  
• Smooth animation for switching between tabs.
  
• Themable (if you know what to do).
  
• Clean design and easy on the eyes.
  
• The best part, it’s free and you are allowed to do whatever you want with it. Just please don’t remove the copyright info. (My site's name isn't in the copyright.)
  

Note: You'll have to edit it yourself for whatever you want. This isn't a template, mind you. Anyway, enjoy.
