[390 CTF] Glossy Blue
I compiled this theme together today i was rummaging through my psp stuff
and saw the icons from 3.40 OE-a,
it was my favourite theme back then so i converted them.
and found some stuff to make it look good.

i deleted most icons i find useless but they are still glossy blue icons, its easy to fix with Blessedhand's new vshmain editor anyway Aha
