Endless Paradigm

So I'm having trouble downloading ANYTHING/Everything from microsoft.

I'm trying to download .net framework 3.5
And was able to  downloaded it from cnet

But it was unable to download the installation files when I ran it
I even click the "delete current installation" as Craprosoft suggested
Which lands me in my current situation.

Can't download .net framework , and don't have it

Does anyone experienced this problem/know where/ or can upload the offline installer for 3.5 or 4.0
it would be greatly appreciated

This is the offline installer for .Net 4. Should work for you.
