Endless Paradigm

I'm wondering why when I post a story, it will only display the image until I refresh a couple times, and the it will stop displaying the image, and just show up as text saying [Image: xbox360.jpg]  ?

Is that a side effect of linking images from QJ, or is it a forum issue here ?
OR: is it some sort of issue only effecting my browser ?  


EDIT:  I'm thinking it has something to do with linking images from QJ, because I just relinked a pic from another site [in the Microsoft story I just posted] and refreshed the page a bunch of times, and there is no issues with it disappearing.  (yet)

Anyone else had issues like this ?

13 times of refresh on my hackintosh with firefox and image showed everytime.

I had a problem like this a long time back in my skiddie days. I'd tweaked the maxrequests setting in Firefox to supposedly speed up page loads. Toruble was I overdid it which meant that some images wouldn't load unless I mashed F5.

That's just when the image can't be fetched, happens if it times out or other things

The images you've mentioned are all broken. I believe QJ images are hotlink protected. Nothing unusual!

The image in my sig is not an image lol, it was a test.
