here in britain wee've had these laws for years...... i think wee get either a ban or points on our licence.... plus a fine of course...... nd i really can't afford to lose my licence cause you have to do everything again from the start if you lose it within two years of passing...... and driving tests in britain are pretty hard.....(i failed twice 0.0) and you have stupid theory tests to do as well....

The weirdest signs I've seen are Speed limit signs for 12mph, or 7mph. double you tee eff? Are wee really getting that specific? Sure you don't want to make it 11.4mph?
I think in Australia wee had these laws for quite some time now.
Though sometimes I see people break it every now and again.
