Okay, im having problems with deleting a file on my desktop that was supposed to be there for a temporarily amount of time.

History of file:
Downloaded "Syphon Filter Combat Ops" with Media GO on 5.00 M33-6 (Version spoofed to 5.51)
Moved EBOOT.PBP to "F:/PSP/GAME/CAT_Applications/NP Decryptor"
Renamed to NP.PBP
Ran NP Decryptor
It became a ISO about 183MB in size
Ran the application "PSP ISO Compressor v1.4"
Compressed to "9 - Best Compression"
Cut & Paste to "F:/PSP/ISO/"
Played in AD HOC with another PSP for about 12 minutes just to have some fun with NitePR.
Copied to "C:/USERS/*My name*/Desktop/" (also called desktop)
Its now stuck there.

Simple way to say that is I decrypted a game played it and put it on my desktop and now I can't do anything with it.

I've tried Deleting, viewing properties, rename, cut, copy, and delete using command prompt. Nothing worked but its still a file that works I can re run it through PSP ISO Compressor and turn it into an iso and that iso will work. (I've tried "Delete Input after conversion" and its still stuck.) So I need help deleting it please help me its annoying cause I can't hide it and ignore it.
Have you tried restarting your computer and then deleting it?
some process might not have closed properly restarting will probably fix that prob
(usually works for me)

That.

If you really can't delete it in Windows whatever you do, try doing it in something non Windows related. Use a Linux live CD or something if you have one. If you still can't delete it doing that, it's probably your harddrive.
try using killbox. its a freeware app made for deleting problem files. id post a link if i wasn't lazy.

edit: heres the link:  http://killbox.net/downloads/KillBox.exe
or that be the problem in your memory stick
