Ok, how are you suppose to implement this?
I tried replacing the system_plugin_bg.rco file in flash0/vsh/resource, but it did nothing.

Any help?

edit: I have a slim PSP, firmware 3.90 M33-3.

Its sure you did something wrong , because i have this pack from years ago and all the waves never changed in the new CFWs,
So make sure you overwrite the system_plugin_bg.rco on your flash and it should work ,and remember not to use CXMB.

Thanks Zinga for the wonderfull pack...

Or, it could be that you have a wallpaper enabled.  If that's the case, you wouldn't see the waves...
