Well lets give my two cents, I haven't been here for too long. Yes I registered A LONG time but I was never on as I am now. As far as my experience goes.

UncertainGod: is the biggest jerk around. I don't know how an 'Admin' would even think of giving him any powers. That's one thing Id like to know. Why would you Admin let someoone like that mod the place. That drives people OUT of the site.  One thing is the guy is gone for some reason. Probably didnt even say 'bye' to his friends here.

To the good part:

MehHakker   is the nicest around, never seen a bad word come out out of him, always respectful no matter what the situation is.  I think he is a mod. UC taker is a nice one as well! and Beaner is amazing a cool dude!  Theres a LOT of mods I don't see ever online. Which I don't understand why that won't be taken care off ?   And theres some like Matchung that are an ASSET to the site no matter what. THe guy is amazing and helpful! as well as Schmilk which is a newly mod ? Sorry if Im not makin sense its a BIT hard to tell who the @#$ is a mod since a lot around have the specialist Name BUT they are not reflected in the "Forum Team"  They should be in the "Forum Team" named as SO.

as Admins Go:  I must say all of them are the best!
Yoyo: checks on Mods every now and then. Its very active! and helpful! and great manners.
Zinga: Very helpful guy! I pmed for help and he replied every time. Admin in other sites don't do that too often. The guy even set my avatar because I was having problems.
Ge64: I haven't talk to him or never had the chance. But for what I heard hes as good as the rest.

Ive been on PSP forums before and the admin were never around, they were never on, they let 'unfair' ' jerk' mods  control the whole site.   That's one thing this site has ADMINs that are ON and take a look around and know what mods do their job etc.

Mime, while UG was a pocky, if you got to know him you'd see he's actually a pretty nice guy. I think it's actually a shame he left, as he was a damn good mod. Also, Specialist Spectator doesn't mean they're a mod, it means they're a senior. Mods are the "Jury."

spectators are just noobz, (sorry noobz)

specialist spectator arent mods they are senior members

the jury are mods

and judges are admin

lolzz... its actually hard to mod before... because majority of the sPa/\/\ was made by the mods! and it felt rude deleting their posts....
So anyways... yup... i suck ><
