I reckon I had a few before, violent and non violent.

as soon as you wake up try your hardest to remember what you were just dreaming.

if you wait until you get up and move around to remember them theres a big chance you will forget them. something during your day might trigger you remembering some of it but its best remembered right when you wake up.

thought lucid dreaming is when you know you are dreaming in your dream,.. not just remembering a dream or dreams when you wake-up,. kinda like in de movie "deception"

i had have't had many dreams lately,. ;p

i did have a lucid dream ones,.. (where i was awake in my dream,.) could really control the dream,. like looking arround ans stuff and even asked peoples questions ans stuff,. was very very vivid!! was kinda like a VR.

This is the thread I was thinking of when I posted on psp-hacks. Silly me.

that's correct.

but if you can't remember your dreams when you wake up, youll never know if your having lucid dreams.
