New Icon Dock
New Custom Top and Bottom Bar
New 110x110 Skype Icon (PSP Slim)
New 110x110 Go! Messenger Icon
New topmenu_icon.rco
New system_plugin_fg.rco
New modified common_gui.prx
New modified vshmain.prx
New 01-12.bmp


Due to the modifications i did to topmenu_icon.rco,  I removed the camera icon
to prevent icons from disappearing in the XMB when changing theme colors.

If you use the camera, I'll make a new vshmain.prx and topmenu_icon.rco and remove the icons you don't use or prefer to be removed.

I haven't forgotten about it. Working on it at the moment.


I'm still not happy with some of the icons so I've been making new ones.

The 3.71 version is taking longer than i expected, since i can't compress images in  topmenu_icon.rco and icons are corrupting and disappearing. I want to make it exactly the same as the 3.90 version if possible.
