that looks nice, but i don't realy dig the black unfocused icons and white selected icon...
First thought I had was to makeall the icons black, then make the 2 closest 80% transparent, then the next 2 60% and the last 40% to give a nice depth...or even gaussian blur the background icons...AND make them transparent!?!?  hrmmm.....i might have to play with your files LOL...

good job though..i know long time ago someone tried doing the circular patternf ro the icons
