Go to the DOWNLOAD SECTION 3.52 M33 and look for this theme. The link will direct you to it's 3.52 M33 version but there's also 3.71 M33 version in the DOWNLOAD SECTION 3.71

and use this topmenu_plugin.rco.

you may also want my fix for the taskbar. Just search in this thread.
