Has anyone ever heard of this? What do ya think?

This developer claims to be making a replacement shell for PSP, incorporating an array of interesting features and designs. He has been working on this since 01/2007, and originally planned to release the first version on 12/21/2007.

Yep i saw it before , but after that , i saw no replys , i thought that he droped the project , and i see he is still making it , lets hope he release it when its ready.

Ye I was skeptical at first as well but hes still working on it which gives hope, though I find it strange that in all those months of hard work the only thing that's there is a few pics and 3 pages of forum thread.
