BEFORE YOU INSTALL:
1. backup the whole flash0 so you can restore things back
2. free up some space delete all files inside the DIC folder

HOW TO INSTALL?
just extract all the files in flash0 and overwrite everything

extract this file to your memorystick and run it on your game to patch, this is made for your homebrew to work
