recompress PRX files

you weren't supposed to actually use vshmain.prx and vshctrl.prx ;p

the files were just proof that it works. so no more vsh.prx and patchsfo which should make things more convenient. i just attached vshctrl.prx 'cause it was the .prx i tried it first on.

ok i changed the version name but how the hell do i encrypt this? or can i use the decrypted?

EDIT! im using the decrypted one but SH*T it replaces(when botting up) bstronga after i edit it lol.
