If the stock cooler is too loud, just set the fan to be slower and undervolt the CPU.

Yeah that shop has some whacky pricing.
But anyway, my very quick put together:

380W for Bulldozer + Radeon 7950?  I would get 450W, so there's a bit of leeway.

€47 for Antec Earthwatts 380W is a rip, that's like $60+ for a 380W PSU lol.  May as well get an Antec Basiq VP450 for that price, which is the PSU I use.  Ignore the "Basiq" in the name, it's actually a very good PSU with up to 85% efficiency and can operate up to 100W past it's rated wattage.  The only downside is that it doesn't have LED lights on the fan.... but LED lights are for 16yo kids trying to look cool, so actually it has no downsides.

That shop sells my Factal Design R4 (White + window) case for €104 = $134, which is significantly cheaper than what I got it for ($159).  Probably because it's a European brand.

On the other hand, the 8GB Patroit Viper Division 2 2133 RAM is €63, that's $81, I got my thing or $52.

Plenty of headroom in 380W.
CPU TDP is 125W.  From a quick search, Radeon 7950 maxes at 160W gaming.  Add ~40W for rest of the system and that's 325W.  Note that this is also peak power - you're unlikely going to actually reach it.

Though I didn't see that 450W one.  Nice find.

Not fussed with that.  Am referring to something like:

i7 3770 262EUR
i7 3770 250EUR
i7 3770 183EUR
(what's the difference?)

or

i5 3450 166EUR
i5 3470 162EUR
(same CPU family, but higher rated one is cheaper)

Need to take at least 10% off the rated wattage to account for capacitor aging.  So only 342 watts.

The old 380W Earthwatts wee had also only had a 4 pin CPU connector, which was why I got a new PSU, my motherboard takes 8 pins on CPU.  The Earthwatts Green is newer and probably has 8 pins though.

First one is the normal i7.
Second one is naked.  I thought naked CPUs are for OEMs and stuff, and you're not allowed to sell them like that.  Also no heatsink if it's naked.
Third one seems to be an i5 3570 that is mislabeled.  Look at the picture and details.

Dunno, probably a lot more stock of one over the other?

I've never had an issue with just a 4 pin.  IDK whether Vishera needs the 8 pin.

Images disabled here, but that would make sense.
