VHBL r160 for 1.80 vita firmware (for Monster Hunter)
Yay

How to Install and Run HBL on Monster hunter Freedom Unite

•It is *strongly* recommended that you turn of all wireless connections on your PS Vita, and that you use OpenCMA on your PC instead of the regular CMA. This is recommended because otherwise your console has a way to force you to upgrade the firmware even before you get a chance to use the exploit.

•Extract the HBL archive matching your version of the game in your CMA PSP Savedata folder. It is a folder on your PC named PSSAVEDATA/[lots of random characters here]. If you don’t know where it is, check your settings in CMA

•Connect your PS Vita to the PC through the CMA, it should give you the possibility to copy the savedata from your PC to the Vita. If not, you probably extracted it in the wrong folder. (Note: You will also want to install some homebrews with a similar technique, read the section below)

•To run HBL, start the game, and the savegame should load automatically. Once you reach the main menu, click on “Download” and select “yes” to whatever question is being asked. At this point, VHBL should start. See the video below for a more “visual” explanation

Download Links for the vhbl files below

Choose the file that matches your game:

.zip  vhbl-r160-mh-wololo.zip (Size: 7.4 MB / Downloads: 620) - VHBL R160 for Monster Hunter Freedom Unite and Monster Hunter Portable 2ndG (US/EU/JP) (Recommended, this is the most extensively tested version)

.zip  vhbl-r160-mhp3.zip (Size: 4.8 MB / Downloads: 407) - VHBL R160 for Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (JP)

.zip  vhbl-r160-mhf2-eu.zip (Size: 1.43 MB / Downloads: 391) - VHBL R160 for Monster Hunter Freedom 2 (EU)

^ That's.. not what I somehow wanted to happen. Wish they could've hacked it longer for like 2 years from now. They should have waited for Vita to ripen. :3

This. Its just putting it in more danger of developers backing off. All this homebrew stuff is fine but they should avoid ISO loaders etc for now

Exactly.  I wouldn't mind seeing a Vita ISO loader maybe 5 years from now, towards the end of the handheld's life cycle.  But it is far too early for that now.  The Vita is just getting off the ground..   I think wee would only be screwing ourselves as Vita owners with an ISO loader.

Besides, $ONY actually has reasonable prices for VITA games.  $39.99 USD is not a bad deal for the new copy of Madden 2013 I bought the other day.  And if you want to try before you buy, just download the demo.

A PSP/PS1 iso loader on Vita is tempting considering I have had to rebuy games from PSN that I have already purchased on UMD.  And as for PS1 games, most of the catalog will never be available for purchase on PS Network...

And the homebrew and emulators - I hope the scene continues to fight tooth and nail on that, because $ONY has no right to try to prevent us from something so harmless - on hardware that wee OWN in the first place.

Bravos to wololo, Neur0n, and all else who have contributed to this momentous achievement of homebrew on our Vita's !!!    2thumbs

I expect people to make a fuss out of PSP ISO loading, but to be quite frank, this has existed on the PSP for yonks, so really, I don't see a PSP ISO loader "hurting honest devs" to use their words.

with psp iso loader on vita, at least most people here (in my country) won't hesitate anymore to sell their psp to get additional money for buying vita
