you don't have to use flash agent. you could just go to recovery>advanced>toggle usb (flash0) and then copy all the folders and save it on your pc somewhere.
make sure you COPY though NOT CUT!!!

Yes, I was very lucky indeed! I don't think I would have been able to sleep that night/morning knowing that my psp was almost bricked. Thanks again to everyone that helped me.
