Super Laser
So after more than a year of wanting one, and after buying and breaking a cheap knockoff, I finally broke down and got a 1 watt laser.

Spoiler for 1 watt laser in action:
This is the wicked lasers arctic, and for me, probably the coolest toy I'll ever own. It can burn through most stuff that I own, can light cigarettes, and is visible up to 85 miles away. The beam is so bright at night it looks like a cartoon, and I can already tell I'm going to be kind of irresponsible with this thing, but that's the point, isn't it.

here it is on my bed next to my car keys. This thing is really big, like 9 inches long, so its a bit bulky to carry around

here it is shining from my computer to the wall, about 10-15 feet away. This is around 1pm, so its already broad daylight outside, and i like my windows open, so its very bright inside, but as you can see, the blue light completely overwhelms everything else around it. Look how dim it makes my mouse look lol.

here it is shining down my basement stairs at half power. The pictures don't really do it justice, in real life, the half power beam looks like the picture of the full power beam.

This isn't me taking the picture, i googled for it, but it actually looks like this at night, its not an exaggeration at all.

What do you think?

I'll be adding to this when I think of more stuff to do with the laser.

Me too! I saw it and knew there was going to be nothing that could stand between me and getting one :D

and I am having a lot of fun with it lol glad this thing has rechargeable batteries.
