have you tried googling midi bgm? there's probably plenty of sites with midi tracks up there

Freesound.org is one of the biggest open sources. I use it for sampling etc but they have tracks aswell. Also Soundcloud.com will have lots of free music.

My soundcloud has some music, but it depends on what you want. You can check it Here.
