I contemplated getting one. Then I decided to wait until backups are loading cause if it's anything like the PSP, 3/4 of the games won't be worth the ripoff price they charge.

I'd estimate up to N64/PSX, but not much beyond that.  I seriously doubt it could handle GameCube.  NDS, maybe, in the distant future.
Dosbox should run reasonably well.

I've found that Android games really do pale in comparison to PSP games - had thought that my phone might be a bit of a PSP replacement, but I can't really imagine myself playing any of them for more than a few minutes (maybe some tower defence games maybe).  See how things pan out.
At work so can't see the awesome video.
