Then again, PSP had hardware decoders for both, so if PSV uses software decoders, it may be negligible.
Playing games uses up more battery live then playing video>?>?

It should.  Video can be handled by a dedicated hardware decoder.
Games all have to be software rendered, plus there's a heap of calculations etc.

If video is done by software instead, then it's possible that it could be comparable, but I'd say that, at least the graphically/physics complex games, would require more computational power to render everything.

I'm 90% sure the processor is running at 1GHZ or underclocked to 800MHZ, 250/200 mhz a core.

RE: Full PlayStation Vita technical specs
Okay. Super n00b question guys please don't mind me. Remember those rumors where the game dev said that the ram would be cut in half down to 212 or something like that from 512....

According to this...
Quote: Main memory: 512MB
• VRAM: 128MB

So.... the Main memory is 512 but VRAM is 128... what was he talking about the VRAM or the main memory?

EDIT: Mother fudgeer.... I didn't read that first part of the post -.-" I r n00b sauce. Sorry guys.
