You also need to register, not upload as a guest.

Already uploaded few files as guest....

ok so ive been reduced to a psp noob since i left the moddding scene due to lack of time (i only made themes the old fashion way, pre ctf)
so im just asking what this app does? picture looks like file tranfer to psp from a pc but changelog didnt day what it does and im on some good pain killers and yeah....

Hi Azumi, PSPInstaller is a cydia like application for the PSP which allows you to install homebrew and themes without the use of a computer.

Is there anyway to remove the captcha for trusted users?

Its just slowing me down from uploading.
