[!] fix GAME CPU frequency
[!] fixed number of comics, such as the goddess of sideways
[!] fixed the 0x80020148 error under OFW
[!] fix some of the re-setting the packed illegal version of the game led to crash
~Add automatically OPNSSMP read features

2 questions, is this a full cfw (as in, permanent, non hen, turn on psp and boot to pro-a cfw?)
and is there a recovery menu?

It's not permanent, no. You have to run it if you turn the PSP off. It's more for the Pandora-proof PSPs.

For "Pandora-ble" PSPs you can try neur0n's 6.35 Beta 12.
