Homebrew dev Plum released patchmenu.prx for 6.35PRO-A!

This VSH Menu is only for 6.35PRO-A,it patches [SHUTDOWN DEVICE] (power OFF) to [SUSPEND DEVIDE] (sleep) and [RESET DEVICE] (full reboot) to [RESTART VSH] (LCFW restart).
