[Apps-Games] iDevice vs. Androids
So I have had an iPhone since November and got my wife an HTC Hero for mutha's day because a) her LG Rumor was a p.o.s. And b) I wanted to play with it to see the hype.
Well the bragging of the commercials of apps that droid does has not wowed me yet.
My feelings towards the marketplace is likethat of the cydia storefront. Sure there's a spoon ton of available downloads but none have seemed to be fantastic like the quality of games available in apples app store.
I haven't downloaded anything on The droid for fear of loosing my fingers, but looking at the screenshots I have not yet been impressed.
With sprint releasing the Evo 4g next week I have an uncurable itch to possess one, but looking at how great the iPhone has been andstill is to my daily productivity (and enhacment of procrastination) I have a feeling that I would end up unlocking my iPhone and using it on sprints network and the evo would sit around collecting dust.
Anyone got some mind blowing game names for the droid that they play all the time? Maybe some online fps or some good puzzlers, or just somethingwith fantastic graphics to change my mind?
Thanks, look forward to seeing the iPhone shot down by a cute green robot.

In my opinion the apple store> the android store. My dad has a phone with android and I couldn't find anything interesting to install -_- With the ipod touch i couldn't get enough apps

I agree. I spent about 5 hours last night on my wifes phone installing roms , benchmarking and finding nothing of interest in the market .
Also "themes" are very lame and amature. There is something to say when released themes look worse than default :(
