WQSG_UMD Tool
A handy tool to manipulate UMD iso, you can export file, import file without worrying the LBA issue.
Built-in ISO patching file create and apply, also ISO size expansion.

Be careful. The application deals with the files "on-the-fly". There's no save button or an Undo option.
So if you delete a couple of files you're done for. You'll have to make another dump of the UMD...

The app should probably ask first if you made a backup or if you want one (and perhaps WHERE to save it).

You can change the hue to green (or perhaps monochrome with a high contrast to black) and maybe add a W instead of "UMD".
